Office Manager
Hi.
It’s my job to co ordinate the overall day to day running of our busy General office. I look after all of our loyal Trade customers, as well as overseeing the care of new Customers and Queries.
I place all of the orders on to our system and process the invoices. I also assist with credit control.
Another area of my job is working alongside Vanessa in the exportation of our goods.

Warehouse Manager
HI, my duties include overseeing the day to day running of our warehouse, and the careful picking, packing, checking and handling of all of your orders and requirements, and ultimately ensuring that these are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. I am also responsible for the setting up of our Trade and Retail stands at Exhibits and Shows, around the country and abroad.
(Neil makes up all the display stands, and house signs - and has a good eye for detail)

Web/IT Support
Maintaining our network of websites, by constantly updating with our new products, new photography and improving these sites for customer usability. I also support the busy office regarding any IT/Web Issues that may arise.
Warehouse/Goods In
Duties include the booking in of all goods arriving. Ensuring that the stock is put away in the correct pick areas once production has been completed and that the warehouse floor is kept clean and tidy from stock.
Steve, knows the stock and put’s us in the office straight, if we order the wrong thing, or quote a wrong code!
Purchasing Manager
My role as Purchasing manager will focus on improving our supply chain and ensuring that stocks are maintained at a level, that will offer our customers the very best quality products, produced from the very best materials, that are ready and available when you, the customer, needs it. Currently this involves overseeing over 5000 lines.
I am also your point of contact if you wish to speak to Clive. I also assist in dealing with business development (meetings, shows etc), Health and safety issues, HR issues, supplier and customer relations and special projects.
I am also first aid trained.
Retail Support Team
Hi, I have worked for the company for over 25 years.
I am involved with all special product ranges that are produced and supplied by Budget Hardware for bespoke customers. It is my job to ensure the right product, reaches the right customer and on time.
Essentially, I am responsible for unique products, designed and finished specifically for individual clients.
Accounts Department
Hi, my role is looking after our accounts department, and ensuring all things financial are kept running smoothly.

I’ve joined the family business from Liverpool University, having completed a degree in E Business.
I also oversee Health & Safety.
Warehouse Picker/Packer
Hi, my duties include the careful picking, checking and packing of customer orders.
I ensure that the goods are perfect, are packed well and sufficiently, and that they leave on time and arrive with our customers without breakages.
I also help out with the putting away of newly completed stock within in the warehouse.

Hi, my job is ultimately to make sure everyone else is doing theirs, correctly. This, of course, is after I have accomplished all the other thousands of jobs that land unceremoniously on my desk every day.
